As a newborn photographer, I have the incredible honor of accompanying future parents during a maternity photo session and afterwards discover their cute baby some days after his/her birth for a newborn photo session. Delhia is the adorable daughter of Marie-Claude and Pablo, that you already know from their maternity photo session in Lausanne. Delhia made the big surprise of coming some days before the due term and eveerything went well. She is a sweet newborn and so calm it was a joy for me as a newborn photographer to pose her during the newborn session.

For this last newborn photo session, I had the great pleasure to meet the little Elio, 15 days old. Helped with his parents, I could make this newborn photoshoot. Elio cried a little during the shoot but his daddy knew how to calm him and make him sleep again. Parents are always a great help during those newborn photosessions and I love having them by my side for them to have wonderful memories of this newborn photo shoot that can sometimes make the parents stress out when they are afraid their baby won’t behave “well”. I always explain that a true newborn photographer takes the time to adapt to the baby and its rythm so that he/she feels at ease. Patience and sweetness are critical for a newborn photographer.

Maternity photographer: Pascale & David [teaser]

It is always a great pleasure for me, as a maternity photographer, to meet future parents before their baby’s birth for a maternity session. Here, I present you the first photo of Pascale and David’s maternity session that we made in the Lavaux vignes near Lausanne, Switzerland. Pascale and David will also be married today, it is therefore a pleasure to publish this first photo today! Of course, I will have the great pleasure to see again Pascale and David for the newborn photo session of their soon-to-be baby when he will decide to come in some weeks.

Maternity photographer: Marie-Claude & Pablo

As a maternity photographer, some weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Marie-Claude and Pablo for a happy upcoming event. The true thing is, the baby made the surprise to her parents to arrive a little earlier than expected and I had the wonderful joy to make the newborn photo shoot before publishing this maternity session. Therefore, I think it is high time I posted this maternity photo session that we made in Saint Sulpice, near Lausanne! The newborn session will also arrive in the following days on the blog, so stay stunned if you want to see more about newborn photography from LunaCat Studio.

As a maternity photographer, it is always a pleasure to accompany futur parents during the pregnancy and to see their baby for a newborn photo session. I love how fastly they are accustomed to the camera after the maternity photo shoot and it goes so easily with the newborn photo session that it is always a pleasure to see them again after the baby’s birth.

We took some pictures in Saint Sulpice on the Geneva lake border and then headed to Marie-Claude and Pablo’s home to make additional photos of their wonderful moments before the arrival of their newbonr. It was a great pleasure to accompany them during this photo session and we laughed a lot!
