Often, I get asked if I make a baby photo shoot in Lausanne at home or in my studio. As a newborn photographer, my photo work that you see on this website is exclusively made at parents’ home so that baby and her parents enjoy stress-free and comfortable family home for this baby photo shoot. It is even more true for siblings, brothers and sisters who, after family pictures during the baby photo session, can go back to their occupations without problem.
As a family photographer in Lausanne, I have the wonderful luxury to photograph families in the Lavaux vineyard. And when leaves are turning yellow in automn, it is an amazing pleasure for me to make photoshoots in the Lavaux vineyard. These vineyards are so broad that I can never be bored with pregnancy photoshoots in this location.
Pregnancy is an important moment in family life. When you expect your first child, hiring a professional pregnancy photographer will help you immortalize those last moments as a couple. For the second and following children, the photoshoot is more likely to become a family photography session.
But what is hidden inside mum’s round belly ;)?
It is in the famous Lavaux vineyard that Kristina, Floris, Antonella met me for this pregnancy photo session. Under a nice sunlight, we were able to begin this wonderful photoshoot. Antonella is a girl full of energy and it was a pleasure to see love relationships in this family unfold before my camera. Antonella was in a pirat mood and she was so playful with her parents it was incredible to witness this joy!
Kristina, Floris and Antonella are an international family and I enjoyed learning more about their family history. Kristina is from England and Floris from the Netherlands. Therefore, you can already imagine Antonella speaks three languages beautifully as they live in Switzerland. I was amazed by how children can so easily learn languages and use them naturally.
After all this sport (Antonella sprinting before her mum), she was so exhausted her dad had to bring her back to their car on his shoulder. Such a sweet memory for a wonderful family!
Some weeks after this photoshoot, I had the great pleasure to immortalize the first days of their newest addition in the family. But you will have to wait for this post to be published to know if the newborn is a boy or a girl ;). Any idea about it?

As a maternity photographer, some weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Marie-Claude and Pablo for a happy upcoming event. The true thing is, the baby made the surprise to her parents to arrive a little earlier than expected and I had the wonderful joy to make the newborn photo shoot before publishing this maternity session. Therefore, I think it is high time I posted this maternity photo session that we made in Saint Sulpice, near Lausanne! As a maternity photographer, it is always a pleasure to accompany futur parents during the pregnancy and to see their baby for a newborn photo session. I love how fastly they are accustomed to the camera after the maternity photo shoot and it goes so easily with the newborn photo session that it is always a pleasure to see them again after the baby’s birth.
We took some pictures in Saint Sulpice on the Geneva lake border and then headed to Marie-Claude and Pablo’s home to make additional photos of their wonderful moments before the arrival of their newbonr. It was a great pleasure to accompany them during this photo session and we laughed a lot!
